How Do You Qualify?

1. Go to (Document Checklist).
2. Print it, and check the items that apply to you.
3. Provide this documentation to us in a timely manner. 
4. Not everyone qualifies, but if you do, then you will be rewarded.
5. We will reimburse you the cost of your appraisal, credit report, and the lender's processing/underwriting fees.
